The User who wishes to access the story repository must first be identified as an Author. This subscription is linked to the payment of an annual contribution of five (5) US dollars. Each Author may then publish as many projects as he or she wishes for the period of validity of this status.

The User who wishes to access the announcement repository must first be identified as an Advertiser. This subscription is linked to the payment of an annual fee of twenty (20) US dollars. Each Advertiser may then publish as many advertisements as he or she wishes, for the duration of the validity of this status.

Destination
The contributions are used to remunerate, up to a maximum of ten thousand (10000) US dollars per year, the service providers employed by Tropospheres for the creation, development and maintenance of this Site. They also fund advertising in the media and with professionals, as well as related activities related to the “Club of Storytellers” and other functions of the endowment fund.
Form
These contributions are annual. The non-renewal effectively blocks the corresponding account (Author or Advertiser), and hence the deposit of stories or advertisements, but does not result in the deletion of the account. Published content remains visible to visitors until the account is deleted. The publications of a blocked account are no longer editable by the author.
Each contribution is deemed to be a donation to the Tropospheres endowment fund. Since it is not linked to the quantity of content published by users, it cannot in any way take value of the price of a service. Consequently, the author or the advertiser cannot claim the reimbursement of this contribution on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the service rendered. The dissatisfied User is nevertheless invited to show up via the contact form at the bottom of the page, Tropospheres undertakes to take into account the comments made and to make the Site as useful as possible to users.
